Schnell Fenster was a Melbourne-based band, formed in 1986 by ex-members of Split Enz. Tentatively named "The Wanx", the band selected their new name Schnell Fenster (German for "fast window"), because it appealed to their sense of perversity.The group had a couple of moderate hits, the biggest being their first single.
